I am a clinical psychologist, Gestalt therapist, and researcher who has spent the past decade studying self-esteem, shame, internal pressure, and the path to authenticity.

I believe that psychology is best used not when one is already falling apart, but as a form of mental hygiene.

It is a privilege to pause the outside world and explore just yourself. Because, as the paradoxical theory of change tells us, real change does not occur when we become who we are not, but when we accept who we already are. And this is exactly what I do.

How I work

I hold multiple psychological degrees (Sigmund Freud University, Berlin: BSc. Psychology, MSc. Clinical Psychology; National Medical University, Kyiv: Physician-Psychologist). I conducted clinical and research work at the Department of Psychotherapy at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and finished a postgraduate training from the University of Oxford. Due to this path, I rely on contemporary knowledge of the mind, the nervous system, and societal structures.

Additional to Academia, an applied method of work is essential for those who want to help actual living people. I completed a four-year Gestalt therapist training program, followed by an advanced training at the Instituto di Gestalt in Italy and have held a private practice since 2017.

I work deep with a limited number of clients and do not offer quick solutions. When it comes to psyche, quick is usually superficial. Lasting change occurs over time. I do not treat mental illness. Clients with mental disorders should seek appropriate clinical or psychiatric treatment.
